I have not spent $50 so I cant get support... about three years ago by billybob123456789	59	3	As far as the uranium is concerned, I suspect that is due to trying to hit the targets while your home sector is in threat level teal. Uranium targets only pay out peanuts at that point. The R&D time reduction is more that it is improperly showing that a base is eligible for a reduction. If you mouse over the icon and see that they are working on a lvl 7000+ research, it is something mega related and is not eligible for time exchanging.
