Troop promotion hard to see any difference in power at higher levels about seven years ago by rcontreras	21	0	Is hard to notice any difference at all from a level 8 to a 10 infantry or light vehicle. Would be great to have an upgrade boost proportional to the price and the level of difficulty to get. When promoted my s13 and soldiers to level 10 was expecting them to actually hit harder but was not the case. Oil is the lifeblood of the game.
