medal banks will be created by farming a high level base of your allies with a mid level base player and farming the mid level player with a low level. thats the usual way. but thanks for sharing it :) i pass that along.

I didn't read all of the above and I'm not sure this was already posted but this is what I've been doing (you'll probably find this only a little helpful at your level): Upgrade all modules, don't upgrade anything else get as close as you can to the next set of 5 without actually going over. finish a long (high exp build) at a similar time that you complete a modification of a cm turret. this will jump you as far as you can get into the next 5 levels. My build is very similar to yours, the only difference is that I run with Ion to quickly take out the meta shields but at the expense of range. (Either Ion or Optics will do the same job, not too much difference for the event). I also have a single voyager in slot 1 so that I can line up all my apocs easier so that I can spread the damage over all my ships as opposed to one ship taking the full brunt of the damage. That way I can keep the fleet operational even at 30 - 40% of strength so repair…
