    It kinda looks that way.. but if you look at the details..... there is no week2 Mobilization this month....

    Translation: they will wait until the worst possible time to roll this out, without any notice and **** up all our refit/ build timing to which we will either cancel (lose all the time) or coin.

    Confirming the specific statement from the "2018 VEGA Conflict Calendars" post:

    "A Ship Build Discount Period runs for the first 24 hours of the Week 2 Mobilization and a Ship Refit Discount Period runs for the first 24 hours of the Week 3 Decimation."

    Here's to hoping that the 2018 calendar is not reneged upon so early in the year.

    Those are confirmed, so the first Ship build discount will be right along side the start of the new MOBILIZATION Event. Enjoy!

    Probably 20% as they almost always are.
