Liberators (or any unit really) and riflemen. Keep rifles out of range of AOE sources, bait out the new tanks and acolytes, let the rifles take the no AOE shots from them while your other units sit behind and take them out. I have got as far as the 95 base with just 15 level 8 liberators, cyclones, and riflemen. Rifles are free repair and free build. Liberators can take most damage after you've cleared the acolytes and new tanks.

Firstly i deploy my special forces ( which have shock on ) and i deploy some liberators then set the liberators on defence mode and the same with the Special forces then use the liberators to kill the new infantry unit then use the sf to shock the new tank in place and use the liberators to kill it also. then slowly work your way up with jericho or a hellhound. Remember you only have to kill the buildings not all the units
