No Event bar and medals/Blood Thorium restored to 0

Hi Kixeye Admin , 
Since Today Morning i am facing issue , there is no event bar in my game and all event bases are in bubble , there were 800k+ and 27 blood thorium in my account and all my medals and blood thorium restored to 0. please solve my problem my game id is 32657978

    In accordance to the support article that it will fitz suggested, an effective fix to resolve the issue is to clear your Flash Cache and reload the browser.

    I'm missing my medals!

    If you believe you have lost your medals, keep in mind that we store your account balances and progress on our servers, not in your computer. This means that an interruption in your connection--even for just a moment--can cause your game to load incompletely, which can make it appear as if you've lost your medals. This same phenomenon can cause technology and units you have already unlocked to appear locked, and it can make it appear as if you are missing event progress, Blood Thorium, and other items.

    Luckily, 99% of the time, all you need to do to correct this problem is clear your Flash cache and refresh your browser. This will cause your computer to re-sync with our server and load your missing content. Please try this before contacting KIXEYE customer support about this issue, as this is almost always the only fix required.

    i have been having the same issue since before event,i did get to play event until i was dc then all xp was gone and event was locked 22574361 is user id i have cleared cache even reset chrome to factorie settings didnt help

    i had the same problem a week before the event started had to have my internet repaired but now with the new update am stuck on 75% since thursady

    Try the following:   
    clear browser cache:   https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic    
    clear flash cache:  https://forums.adobe.com/thread/977699   

    note: it may take a few minutes to load the game after doing this as it has to re download all the flash packages and data . 

    Do not  use gameroom try a straight browser as well

    i did all the above and still have the same issue i even went out and bought a new chrome book, it worked for 3 hrs now back to the same crap i need this situation corrected before this event starts is there any way to have kixeye look into this?

    cant even open deffence missile silo with out being dc

    Unfortunately, chrome books are not a supported platform to play war commander from.

    I know it may work but it appears you are having some problems.  Make sure your chromebook is upto date with all the latest updates.
