Crafting Events - Advice Needed

So, I recently tried my hand for the first time against the Xeno Stockpile bases in the weekly crafting events. Having done well with most ships, I'm looking to put together a destroyer fleet that can take down these bases with minimal repairs, while not taking too long to create.

So, simply put, what would be a good low-end destroyer fleet build to put together for this purpose? I'm eying a Lance Destroyer fleet with a Ragnarok Carrier to add agility for strafing. All suggestions are welcome, looking to be able to farm crafting events well and further upgrade my Xeno Division ships since they're my highest tier ships (Except the free Sovereign Carrier that was given out on Christmas).

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I'm primarily referring to Xeno Stockpile BASES, not fleets.

Personally, I'd forgo the Rag and just put on Binary Thrusters. You don't need a whole lot of turning speed to attack bases. Then use a Valkyrie for its phase shifter field. If you have it, you can equip heavier weapons on the Damocles. Siege Drivers are probably the best weapon to use of you are just attacking bases with it, but are useless against other fleets. Also, I wouldn't worry to much about increasing the projectile speed if you can escort the fleet with a less base oriented one.

Low end? Lances or Damocles would work, although you’d probably be walking away with a little repairs.

A fleet of regular Shatter Driver exterminators can do a base on auto for free reps though. Same with a single Paladin outfitted with drones

Very good points. My reasoning for the Agility fields was to aid in dodging enemy fire in addition to Binary Thrusters, but if Phase Shifter adds module damage I may for with a Valkyrie. If not, I may go with a Dominion if I can fit in in.

I plan on having a Shatter Driver Exterminator Fleet in the future, but I don't have the ship blueprint so I have a likited number of them at the moment. Once I have either enough ships or the blueprint, that's my future route. For now, probably a lance fleet.

As a whole, it isn’t worth wasting time on the outposts for the crafting events.

Here’s a better and more time efficient idea. Make a fleet of AXIS cruisers and a carrier, then team up with someone and do level 90 harvesters. Way easier

Besides, if you don’t even have the Xeno/AXIS blueprints, it isn’t even worth going for the crafting event. Do gives and get res from them instead

The Phase Shifter field does not increase your damage against modules; it only increases shield bypass.

Binary Thrusters are the way to go for basing, you may also want to add cruiser decoys in order to shield tank some of the incoming fire.

Unless he was referring to the Harmonic Phase Shifter Generator, however in this case he mentioned the Valkyrie Carrier.

But, didn't you get a sovereign carrier last month? You should use that to skip some factions.

I did, however until I can work out ways to skip factions altohether I'm sticking with the natural progression. Plus, better to have a strategy for things than to not. I'm at Tier 6 anyway and the Sov is my only Tier 7 ship.
