I am a recurring Legendary Subscriber. Monday my account paid for the subscription, which was correct, but Kixeye removed my subscription status and I am loosing daily gold and rewards which have really set my progress back. I did a support ticket, and cannot get response. I have done a ticket online and in game. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I need help to resolve this matter, and get compensated for hat I am losing everyday!

    From what I am seeing you do not play any games from this account. And I am not sure of what subscription you are talking about. There are no subscriptions that you pay for with in the game itself.   Which game is this for ?

    I just do not understand why I am not getting any help in game or status updates from tech support if there is a problem. They still have my money, the least they could do is acknowledge that there is a problem and offer a temp resolution like lost reward compensation.

    I agree , I’m pissed that they have not acknowledged the fact that we’re getting screwed over while they do nothing about it been going on for 5 days now for me

    I am not sure what recourse there is other than contacting Apple and doing a fraud/abuse claim?

    i was making great progress as well, i tried with apple but they wont do fraud because i told them i was the one who did the subscription , there solution to this is contact kixeye support , well thats not getting us anywhere so im just gonna cancel this subscription and hope the issue gets fixed , and if not im done with this game

    Hey Jeff,

    I wanted to drop a note...last night they fixed me. I received all lost gold and rewards, plus was compensated an additional 2k in gold. However, today when I received gold, I don't; think I received other rewards, so I needed to reopen the case. At least it is going in the right direction though.

    Same problem here, I subscribed in December , now in January it unsuscribed me, and I was getting none of the legendary cases or benefits. Been a player for two years if this doesn’t get fixed NOW! i am done with this game. Putting a ticket in every time I get unsuscribed.
