Reduction in Titanium Cost to build and refit hulls in the Conquest Yard
New simplified formula for calculating cost for Titanium Costs in the Conquest Yard
Tier 7 hull: 120,000 Titanium
Tier 6.5 hull: 100,000 Titanium
Tier 6 hull: 80,000 Titanium
Tier 5 or lower hull: 0 Titanium
If 100% of weight capacity is used, then the Titanium cost for components is the same as the base hull’s Titanium cost.
Eg, Tier 7 hull with 100% weight used will cost 240,000 Titanium (120,000 from the hull + 120,000 from components)
If 0% of the weight capacity is used, the Titanium cost is just from the base hull
Eg, Tier 7 hull with no weight used will cost 120,000 Titanium
For builds where the added components contribute between 0%-100% of the weight capacity, it will be ratioed accordingly
Eg, Tier 7 hull with added components taking 30% of weight will be 156,000 Titanium (120,000 from hull + 36,000 from components)
Example: Ship A - Base hull cost 10k Titanium, weight capacity 10 tons.
This is not a real ship. This is an example with a round number.

Refit | Ship A; started as empty hull, added items to all slots (weighed 90% of capacity) | 0 | 90% x 10k = 9k | 9k |
Note that the time and basic resource cost is still calculated as it currently is.
