Is the hit down multiplier for the whole set of 60,63,and 65 or just the 69 Blitz?

    Hit down multipliers apply to all targets within the level range. That includes the blitz target.

    For a lvl 102 player such as yourself, yes.  Actually for any base over 85, they are penalized for hitting any of the 60s.

    Kix needs a new way of determining if someone is over powered for a target. Level is not a good indicator of being over powered. I know of plenty of level 100+ players that can't do raids because they don't have the tech. I'm level 109 and could barely do 80s this last raid. I agree someone with the best of the best stuff shouldn't get full points from lower level targets but level is not the way to decide that.
    I never knew the hit down multiplier applied to me in the T6 targets. I have a Manticore built/ranked but I stopped building  to refit my Phoenix fleet. I think I've got them ready for the T7 targets. With a Grease Monkey I should be able to complete the T7 set under 20 coins

    Well this may be problematic, I've been building for FM, so I still need to build a 4th Skyfire, 2 are still Hornet fit, and I need the Skyfire Print.

    With the Damage in T5 sets last raid, I am unsure if I can manage to get the sky this raid if I have Hit Down Multipliers ;_;

    What possessed u to stop building new tech in lieu building old tech for said raid targets? Just curious :) Unless I misunderstood what u said..

    and this is what keeps people from advancing in the game , keeping up or trying to keep up is a useless endeavor .

    While I understand what you are saying and targets should pay out on the tech level hitting them, thats not how the game is tuned.

    If I could get full points for autoing 60s with my Manti fleet I'm doing T8 targets with I would.  I would love the chance as a lvl 132 player to sit back and auto my way through an event for little to no damage all the while watching a movie or floating over to the pools edge to select another target while refilling my adult beverage.  I'm not the only player that would do it either, pretty much every player would that could.  Then forums would blow up with post asking where the 60s are and only two showing in the sector and as soon as they get there already being hit by a mega base with all the toys essentially locking them out of the raid.

    That is why there is a reduction for hitting below your recommended target level.

    I would base it on the fleets the player has. We are extremely restricted to the types of ships we can use in the raid (compared to a year or two ago), make that the basis of how their points are reduced, if at all.

    For example, someone with only skyfires, at level 85+ shouldn't get penalized for their level. I would base it on the "level" of the fleet in question, and maybe rank, and just because I have (for example mine are built but) 5 blank Manticore's, shouldn't hit me negatively. Whereas real life me, fleet of manticores 20% ish rank on them, should be hit down on 60s, but not 80s, high rank/full build maybe hit down (a bit) on 80s.

    In a rush to say this before work, hope it makes sense.

    Hit down multiplier is one the stupidest policies ever created by man. I don't believe a single person would complain if it was abolished.
