Kixeye,
One of the things that keeps people interested and playing your game is the comradery they have with their allies against their opponents.
So ... WHY do you delete comments on the alliance chat channel so quickly, often before many allies (who may be in other time zones) have even had chance to see the comment !?!?

I've noticed that comments on the Alliance chat channel last longer when 2 or more people have contributed, but if there is no response to a comment in an hour or so, then the comment disappears, and is never seen by all allies. Why not modify the alliance chat channel to hold at least the last 10 comments indefinately, so the conversation doesn't die prematurely, but then lose old comments once theyve been outdated by new comments. Theres nothing worse than an Alliance chat channel that appears dead and empty, when actually it may just have been a couple of hours since someone commented, or posted a battle report etc.

This would improve comradery, and player longevity, as new players often quit if they dont get any feedback from allies.

probably because it used to stay there for over 5 hours, personally that was stupid and I am glad that they are being wiped quicker

5 hours is not enough, that may mean some allies in different timezones would be unable to join in on the alliance chat, or see significant battle-reports posted by allies while they were sleeping.

be like most other alliances in the game use social media, takes 3 minutes to set up a private FB group and chat

    Edit:
Just noticed you are or used to be in HORDE, **** hit one of the former leaders of horde and get some help from them

Comradery is honestly probably the only thing keeping most players around lately. But 95% use Line, FB, slack, kik, etc. Some kind of outside messaging app for just that purpose. Chat is good if youre all online, but otherwise you need to DM or chat somewhere else
