customer service desperation

I need someone to contact.  I cannot submit a ticket.   Says I'm missing an email.  I go to add an email; it says that email is in use.  My account is definitely connected to my facebook account, as thats where you take my money.   I recently returned after 3.5 yrs.   Old emails have been hacked and I don't know if way back, my current email had a 2nd BP account or not.   I currently play with this one current BP account.   I need a contact to resolve this.   The support forum, unfortunately was no help.  Thank you for your help.

    Maybe just create a new account on kixeye.com and submit a support ticket

    Just create a new account on kixeye.com and then use that to send in a ticket with the account you need help with. That is what they will tell me to tell you to do, so we can cut out the middle man here and save you some time.

    Its not letting me make another account because my still functional email is 'in use'.  Do you mean I need to create an entire new email from scratch?   I'd rather not as I'm too busy doing BP chores.

    Creating a new email account is so easy nowadays. Too busy doing BP chores? Really? You just need 5 minutes to create a new email, do it while a chore fleet is autoing something.

    Once I do that, do I import all my games from facebook?  To a new account I won't use?    Or the other option - start new?     Why can't I just get a helpful contact?

    no, you use the new account to send a ticket. (new accounts get free support for a short time) Send a ticket to Kixeye, point them to your ACTUAL account, then they can help you.

    At least, that's what I think specs was saying.

    I created a new email account.   Then I created a new account here.   I then log into this new account.    It brings me right back to my account - right back to the beginning of this thread.  HELP.

    Some of the options you can take would be:

    1. Create a new account to submit a ticket, you don't need to import anything to create a ticket. its just an account to submit a ticket?
    2. If you already have an existing account/email, then request the lost password instead of creating a new account.

    Thanks.. Thats sort of it RYZA.   I know have a "game" account, an email account,  and a new kix account - all separate - but I did get a ticket out.  (I think).   See what happens, hop I can find it...

    OK, its been 3 days...   no response whatsoever to my ticket on either my regular account or the new account.  Is this normal?

    My daughter had an account with a different game and she couldn't get onto her account or do anything. The game in question just happens to be in the same geographical area as Kixeye. Anyway, I sent them a letter in the mail (using a stamp) with my usual long dumb statement of what was going on. Guess what, it got fixed and she could then play her stupid game (unlike my game whuch requires skill, patience and poise).

    Of course I don't know why you need to submit a ticket. Not sure if it is that big a deal to send a letter. You could also try calling. Believe it or not real human beings run this game (I think).

    ya make a new account just for a ticket ....but they dont answer tickets unless ya have spent what 50 bucks  ,,,good answer mods make then some bucks

    Yeah, no.  New accounts get free CS for 90 days.

    A guess would be, the response time is dependent on workload (current amount of incoming tickets, staff available)

    For me a couple of days to a week is normal, give them some time.

    I thought you cant send in tickets with accounts that haven't spend $50 or more so  new account would be $0

    Every account gets fulls support for 90 days without spending any, been that way since the $50 limit was instituted.

    Are you sending in more request during that time? If so, stop as that will move your ticket down the line and result in you being put in the back of the line as it is first come first serve.
