Greetings, Commanders!

If you run into any trouble with War Commander: Rogue Assault, you many need to submit a ticket to Customer Support.

The easiest way to contact support is through the in-game support option. Just tap your avatar in the top left, hit settings, and tap "SUPPORT." If you are unable to enter the game, you can contact support from any computer at https://kixeye.helpshift.com/a/war-commander-rogue-assault/

Please also keep the following best practices in mind:
  • Always include your UserID (from the support link inside the Rogue Assault app) without hyphens to ensure your account is correctly identified.
  • Be sure to include a description of your problem, including how often it occurs and steps to reproduce it if you are able.
  • Detail any troubleshooting steps you have already performed and their results, if any.
  • Write clearly and concisely, with proper punctuation. The easier CS can read your message, the easier it will be to identify and resolve.
