Submitting Tickets

Anyone else having issues submitting tickets?  When i submit them i get the normal acceptance screen but they are not showing up in the my requests section under the support tab.

    Are you trying to follow up to an existing ticket or opening a new one? You shouldn't have an issue opening a new ticket.

    I was trying to open a new one. I submitted it 3 times and none seemed to go through. Tried Internet explorer and waterfox to rule out to browser. What can I provide to help troubleshoot?

    Hmm, I do see a follow up that you created, but not a new ticket. Can you please try the following:
    1. Close the tab for kixeye.com
    2. Clear your browsers cache
    3. Delete all kixeye.com cookies
    4. Close and reopen your browser
    5. Try and login on the site again
    6. then try to raise a new ticket again.

    Which browser do you use normally?
